The producer enters origin, process and weight. The lot gets a unique identifier.

The mill or a Q grader records moisture, defects and SCA score.

Anchored evidence
A cryptographic fingerprint of each event is anchored on a blockchain: the history cannot be rewritten.

Sale and export
The lot is listed on the marketplace and travels with its certificate and QR code to the roaster.
